How long does shipping take?

• Most orders are shipped the same business day if received before 1 pm, or shipped the next business day. Depending on the delivery location, it generally takes between 7-10 business days in transit. You should receive a call from the freight carrier approximately 48 hours ahead of time to coordinate the specific delivery date and time of your stove.

Where will the delivery driver place my pellet stove?

• Pellet stoves are shipped via LTL truck directly to your home. The drivers may be able to bring the stove over the threshold into the Home (with help), provided there are no steps, stairs, or steep inclines to the home.

Do you ship internationally?

• No, we strictly ship to the lower 48 states within the U.S. and Canada. We offer FREE shipping on all our stoves.
